Telephone the office with your enquiry or complete the enquiry form on the 'contact us page' with your requirements and we will contact you initially by telephone to arrange a suitable appointment in the comfort of your own home.
Samples are brought to your home which allows you to see the colours and products in familiar surroundings and to match your existing decor.
It allows us to survey the room/area(s) and advise on the suitability of the product.
The condition of the floor which is to be installed, ensuring suitability of the sub floor, i.e. If LVT is to be installed, the condition of the sub floor meets the recommended manufacturer's guidelines in order for the floor to be installed properly to the required standards.
Estimate a timescale for the completion of the works
After the initial appointment a quotation will be produced.
Should the quotation be acceptable we would require your written acceptance of the costs along with a 50% deposit of the quotation costs.
Upon receipt of the deposit, goods would be ordered, to arrive timeously for the pre agreed installation date.
The balance monies of the quotation will be required to be paid at least two days before installation, with the labour element being paid directly to the installation team on the day of fitting.
Alternatively it can be paid if you prefer at the same time as the final payment of goods.
